WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A VEHICLE INSPECTION?
Accident damage – check for previous cosmetic repairs, evidence of accident, hail and flood damage.
Battery – check electrolyte level, terminals and leads, charge rate and condition.
Engine check - check oil and fluid levels and condition, cooling system pressure test, drive belts and pulleys, mounts, noises, radiator and cap condition.
Exterior/Underbody – check exhaust system, drive line, steering components, suspension, rust, fuel hoses, wheel bearings and shock absorbers.
History Report – provides details on whether the used car you are buying has been written off, stolen, had odometer rollbacks, previously damaged or has money owing on it.
Safety – check brake pads and discs, hand brake, brake hoses, lights, tyres, rims and nuts.
